Provide education, pledges, and materials to the community in different settings, promoting the decrease in sugary beverages intake during the summer.
MOVE YOUR WAY
Provide educational materials and physical activity opportunities to the general public to promote a healthier life style through presentations, demonstrations, community events, radio programs, and activities in places of faith.
PRE-DIABETES EDUCATION
Conduct prediabetes screenings in several community events, referring people, as appropriate to primary care providers, Nevada Health Centers, or other community diabetes prevention resources. Distribute prediabetes educational material and resources in different community settings and events.
